We’ll start out by saying that this film won’t be for everyone. With that out of the way, this sure-to-offend revisionist history awards contender explores how Oskar Schindler’s flamboyant homosexual brother Klaus inspired a dramatic mission to rescue a small group of prominent LGBTQ Jews from the horrific confines of Auschwitz. Never before has the phrase “Here come the SS!” sounded as festive, as this film tests if the old adage “there’s no such thing as bad publicity” is always true.
