But disaster strikes when Hip-Heads, the nation’s hippest and most influential hairstyle trend-setting magazine, declares bangs to be dead. In order to save his dream from failing before it even begins, Andre has only one option: organize an unlikely ragtag crew of stylists to enter the annual regatta race, use the prize money to buy admission to the National Influencers Convention, and unleash a brazen guerilla haircutting offensive to give every top influencer at the convention fabulous bangs. Will Andre and crew succeed in making bangs hot again and saving his business? Yes. Will they do it without liberal use of the phrase “trim the sails” during the regatta race? No.
