Part LaLa Land, part The 40 Year Old Virgin, this fabricated period piece takes place in Los Angeles during the Golden Age of Hollywood. We follow a young Yul Brynner, frustrated by his lack of success in the old LA dating scene. Taking pity on their friend, a bunch of Yul’s famous buddies (TBD, based on market testing to determine which golden age actors today’s youth may have heard of) decide to take Yul out one fateful Christmas Eve to show him how it’s done. It’s a hilarious chain of mishaps and awkward misunderstandings until Yul finally does it. He stumbles upon the best pickup line the era has ever seen, changing his luck forever. We won’t spoil it for you, but the title’s a pretty good clue. More than a clue, really. It involves him referring to his member as his Yul Log.
