Godzillow

After decades of destroying cities, Godzilla comes to the realization that selling buildings is far more lucrative than destroying them. But after a business-driven name change and 5 years of being the top-seller on the Westside, Godzillow becomes bored. Deep in a rut, he has a dramatic realization- maybe the real estate business isn’t really his calling. So he decides to get out- but not before cashing in one last time. How? If there’s only one building left in Tokyo, location location location goes out the window and he can retire like a king off of the commission from selling the only available property in the city. Follow Godzillow as he goes on a destructive bender to end all destructive benders. Come for the spectacle, stay for the fascinating insights on escrow agreements and adjustable rate mortgages. Who will buy the last building in Tokyo? Where will Godzillow retire to? Will he change his name back to Godzilla? Find out in the flashforward scenes of the soon-to-be written prequel.
