After the confounding twist and turns of the previous four movies, Asparagoose needs to rest and recover. Hightailing to a remote midwestern town, Asparagoose uses this time to reconnect with the flock he thought were beyond his reach. Finding that they have been thriving in his absence, Asparagoose questions his place in the world. If his flock no longer needs protection, does the world still need a goose protector?

Sadly, no, and he rages against the dying of the light. Finding a world he no longer recognizes, one that long past him by and can do with out god-amongst-men capable of leveling cities with the Golden Egg, hypnotizing his enemies into submission with the Goose Gaze, and bringing evil-doers to justice with the Penitent Honk. You either die a hero, or live long enough to be the villain. Asparagoose has lived long enough…
