After years of serving in the canine department, Officer David Fogg’s partner Ruff McHandsome is retired from active duty. Officer Fogg will do anything to keep his companion, but is denied the ability to adopt his friend. Apparently, the board felt that a one-room, 3rd floor apartment, would be too constrictive for a senior dog. In order earn enough money for a house with a yard, Officer Fogg becomes a prostitute in his off hours. But, what started as a cynical ploy to earn some quick, tax-free cash soon becomes something more as Officer Fogg forms a close bond with his fellow sex workers. To protect and serve takes on a whole new meaning next summer.
