Whew, Nick Cage is a busy man! In this follow up to Bad Lieutenant: POC New Orleans, Old Nick is having another bad day. He has lost his job, lost his partner and in fact, lost his motherfudging mind. Stumbling into a local skate shop he finds a gross of old bath salts on sale! His addictions overwhelm him and before you can say "peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers", Nick is savagely mauling a horse, stark naked, at a Saints game. A Game of the Week on ESPN, no less. Then he consumes the bath salts and it just gets pretty crazy from there.
