In this action slash suspense thriller, Yu, a low level agent from the Universal Government Legal Investigations department, or U.G.L.I, is assigned to pursue a terrorist group known as "The Cheerleaders". During his investigations he gets knocked out and when he comes to, he finds himself accused of murder unable to account for the time he was out cold.
Yu has no alibi.
He wanders, searching desperately for the killer while self-doubt and pride struggle in his head, "You’re U.G.L.I. Yu ain't got no alibi. You're U.G.L.I. Hey, hey, You’re U.G.L.I."
