The Nightmare Before Christmas is widely beloved, but there’s no denying that it gave one of America’s top three turkey-themed holidays the shaft. Seriously. How can you skip over Thanksgiving, a holiday formally instituted by Abraham Lincoln himself? We won’t mention the obvious racist connotations this implies for the film, but we will do our part to rectify it with this new musical about a witch that raises the carcasses of uneaten slaughtered turkeys from the dead to wreak havoc during the busiest shopping day of the year.
