In the grand tradition of fish-out-of-water sequels comes the story of a dog-on-an-island as officer Ruff McHandsome returns to active duty. When visitors to Hawaii start turning up dead, the local police are stumped, but unfazed as it’s mainly Asian tourists. But, when a rash of white women start dying, things get serious. Toxicology reports shows traces of a new, synthetic strain of salvia called Uncle Dirt that no one can figure out how it is being delivered. More potent and hallucinogenic than regular salvia, the Hawaiian tourist board demands action.
Figuring that a new eye—or rather nose, is needed, the cornered islanders coax Ruff out of his Oceanside retirement. But when Office McHandsome finds out that the leis are being laced directly, he’ll have to grapple with some dark truths about addiction and the tourism board. Drug-laced leis, crotch sniffing, running on the beach and belly rubs. All necessary elements to fold Ruff into the greater ACU. Shot on location in Vancouver.
