If you’re looking to build a house in the little burb of New Carrington, you’ve got two options; River Rock Homes and J&T Construction. While both perform quality construction, they have different ideas about home building. River Rock is all about traditional, stick-built techniques. J&T employs a modular approach and has embraced the flashier side of architecture – think open concepts and shiplap. For years, they've been able to peacefully coexist – that is until a large parcel of unused land is redesignated from commercial to residential use. Building on this scale would provide years of work and continuing maintenance, and each side will do whatever it takes to win the contract.
