Just over the border between Mexico and the United States lies a secret world of illegal scientific experimentation. Hidden among the cartels, border crossings and fármacia's is a building known only as Lá Agujero, or The Hole. At Lá Agujero, Doctors push the boundaries of scientific understanding far removed from peer scrutiny and ethical concerns. But what happens when one of the experiments goes wrong?
