After saving his town from the force of HBrigade, Mervin squares off against his toughest enemy yet: the homeowners association. After Mervin receives complaints that his Halloween decorations are ‘un-PC’ and ‘triggering,’ the homeowners association demands Mervin remove them. Now, a belligerent old man in house slippers lives out every homeowner’s dream – to exact brutal vengeance on their neighbors. The say if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.
