Career bureaucrat Steve ‘Steve’ Stevens never met a government project he couldn’t manage. Steve is who you call when you need a project to be completed on time and under budget. So when DCT Corp decides to open a hotel on the Moon to expand their burgeoning commercial spaceflight business, enticing Steve to the private sector is their first priority. Upon arriving at the Moon hotel, he is shocked to find construction badly behind schedule. Steve begins to suspect that something sinister is at play when the construction manager suffers a mysterious stroke and the remaining crew appear to be infected with space-madness. Thousands of miles from home Steve must unravel the mystery, bring the project in on time, and find a way to back Earth.
