Fantastic Yeasts and Where to Bake Them

After 8 grueling years of study, Sherry is ready to put her new culinary arts degree to work.  Did we mention her interests also include journalism and travel shows, and her favorite food is bread?  You’ll learn about that in the exposition, but it’s probably important to point out here too.  Sherry knows that to truly become the great chef she’s always dreamed of, she can’t just wait for greatness to come to her, but must seek it out herself.  Guided by an obsession to unlock the key to making the ultimate loaf of bread, Sherry books a one-way ticket to the cradle of gustatory civilization: the UK.  Weaving her way from one eclectic bakery to the next, Sherry learns that there is more to bread than just water, flower and heat.  You also need yeast, and several other optional ingredients.  But yeast is super important.  Will Sherry achieve her dream of becoming the best bread chef in the land and make her alumni of the Online Correspondents Degree Program at the International Caribbean Culinary School of Northeastern Maine proud?  You’ll have to watch the movie, but our bet is that Sherry “rises” to the occasion!
